I mean, J&N beans are tasty but almost impossible to know their real roasting date. I could only find something that was supposedly two or, in the best case, one and a half week "old" (Isola och RwandaGastiga)....
I'm looking forward to try Haugaard. But for the moment I've just found some stuff at Melqvist roasted on Dec 28.
Maybe I will have to go back to Sibyllans for their espresso blend, previously had no luck with some light roast brasilian beans.
I want beans that are no more than 4 days since roasted. Is that impossible in Stockholm? do you have to wait to catch the rumours when fresh beans are out? How do you guys do?
Sorry that I am writing English, it´s more easy and less time consuming at the moment for me.
Cheers,
minic
